PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Trisha joined Greg Patterson & Associates in January 2015. As a career sales and marketing professional with proven experience in building long-lasting relationships, Trisha’s main focus will be on industrial and commercial real estate, primarily in the Urban Core of Kansas City, Missouri with an emphasis in the Midtown and Northeast areas.
A native of Clinton, Missouri, Trisha moved to the Kansas City area when she went to work for Hallmark. During her career, Trisha won numerous sales awards at Hallmark including the R. B. Hall award as top national sales representative for two consecutive years.
Trisha started her own company in 1994, Putthoff Medical, as a manufacturer’s representative for specialized medical products and established a five-state territory for several manufacturers of specialized medical equipment, increasing sales 100% to 150% within the first year. She was recognized by Porex, Conco, Bio-Plate and other companies for her continued top sales performance.
Trisha has enjoyed sharing her success in sales and marketing by assisting with fundraising efforts for a variety of not-for-profit organizations including Westside Community Action Network (CAN) Center, Friends of the Zoo (Kansas City Zoo), and the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
EDUCATION
Trisha attended Rockhurst University where she majored in Marketing. She has received specialized training from a variety of sources and has received ongoing and extensive product training through workshops, courses, and seminars presented by manufacturers in the medical and insurance industry. She has continuing education credits in sales, marketing and motivational speaking.
