  3. Western Realty / City Gate Business Park – Acquisition and lease up of office building for investor.
  4. Save-A-Lot / Niemann Foods – Acquisition of 11 stores in region including for lease, for new development, and redevelopment. Acted as developer/owner of one property.
  5. Rockhill Greens – Marketing of 11.1 acres of urban core KCMO development ground for sale.
  6. University District Venture – Acquisition of 7 buildings and vacant ground for renovation and new multi-family development and leasing to new tenant. Acted as developer/owner in part.
  7. Westport Ultra Properties and BP Investment Properties – Acquisition of four (4) multi-tenant buildings by small independent developer and providing lease services.
  8. Kansas City Land Bank – Representation for sale of commercial properties taken for back property taxes in KCMO.
  9. Urban Coeur Properties and UCB Properties – Sale of three (3) investment urban core buildings. Assisted in sale and leasing buildings in urban core as well as building and land acquisition.
  10. Houston Enterprises – Assistance in leasing and sale of commercial buildings and land.
  11. Uptown Arts Bar – Lease of historic building for performing arts bar.
  12. South 7 Plaza – Long term leasing agent for 54,000 SF suburban strip center with 3 pad sites.
  13. 39 West Center – Development and lease up of urban core 15,000 SF strip center. Acted as developer/owner.
  14. Q39 Restaurant – Site selection for restaurant’s first location.
  15. Ward and Ward Custom Framing – Acquisition of single occupant building for long term business.
  16. 18th & Vine Historic District – Agent for City of Kansas City Missouri in leasing storefront space for restaurant, retail, and entertainment businesses in historic jazz district.

  10. YMCA of Greater KC – Assisted with land acquisition and development of North KC child care facility.  Acted as developer and obtained tax incentives.
